There are various programs in existence for creating welding related documents. Anything from a simple word processor to high end databases with “code logic” built in.
I have used a little of everything but as a hobby, I enjoy using MS Access. This page will be used to share some of the things I have developed and if anyone is interested, help them develop their own databases.
Here is a WPQR Database that uses a form very similar to that in AWS D1.1-2015.
You can also use MS Access for creating a database for tracking weld related information related to welds made in production.
