My Name is Gerald Austin. I have been in the welding industry for over 38 years since. I am currently the technical/facility manager for the Southwest Virginia Advanced Manufacturing Center of Excellence in Abingdon Va.
This WordPress site is for sharing welding related experiences and information. My efforts at an online presence for sharing welding information have yet to become “professional” in appearance, however, I continue to combine my interest in computers with welding.
WordPress is very popular yet I still struggle with some of the features. Hopefully, this will not prevent me from getting the information out there.
